1. Privacy Policy
1.1 Poulton Drama ("We / Us") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
1.2 This policy, together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it, sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and procedures in relation to the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
1.3 For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 the Data Controller is POULTON DRAMA.
1.4 Our nominated representatives for the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 is The Secretary, for Members of the Society; The Patrons' Secretary for Patrons and the Box Office Manager for persons on the Ticket Data Base. Your information in all cases will be retained:
i. As long as you hold a Membership of the Society
ii. As long as you remain a Patron of the Society
iii. As long as you request to receive tickets or information about productions
iv. Upon receiving information that you wish to be removed from our records we will delete your record and information within 28 days and confirm to you in writing that this has been done
1.5 We are not required to be registered under The Regulations.
2. Information we may collect from you
2.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:
(a) Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site, poultondrama.co.uk (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. This includes any form sent by post.
(b) If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
(c) We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
(d) Details of any transaction you carry out through our site.
(e) Details of your visits to our site, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
2.2 If you register with us or if you continue to use our site, you agree to our use of cookies either now or in the future.

3. Where we store your personal data
3.1 The data that we collect from you will not be transferred to, stored at, transmitted to or used in any destination outside the United Kingdom.

4.3 If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about productions and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.
4.4 If you are a new customer, we will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.
4.5 We will not use or pass your details on to third parties for any purposes, without obtaining your direct consent.
4.6 We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to any external agency for any reason without your direct consent.
5. Disclosure of your information
5.1 Save as is provided for above we will only disclose data when required for the purposes of law enforcement and investigation subject to the requirements of the Regulations of Investigatory Powers Act and other such lawful reasons required by Law.
6. Your rights and Access to information
6.1 The General Data Protection Regulations 2018 give you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. Any access request will be granted free of charge.
7. Changes to our privacy policy
7.1 Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on our web page and Facebook.
